We’re harvesting Chervil for the first time this week. It’s so fun to harvest something for the first time when it’s just 6 days until the Winter Solstice! General recipe suggestions encourage you to add Chervil to a saute of onions, mushrooms, and celery. Or add it to a simple brown butter sauce and enjoy it on top of fish, tofu, chicken, or beef.
Over the next two weeks, you can continue to purchase our vegetables and bread these ways:
– Visit our self-serve Farm Stand on Thursdays or Fridays. {We’ll post what’s available on Facebook and Instagram }
– Purchase through the online farmers’ market (www.FallLineFarms.com – use code “Holiday2016” to waive the subscription fee).
– Visit us at the Farmer’s Market @ St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in the West End of Richmond (indoors through March, Saturdays, 9-12).
