This week, the last week of the Summer season of our marvelous Farm Share, will most likely include:
Arugula, Beets, Chinese Cabbage, Garlic, Kale (Dinosaur/Toscano/Lacinato variety…dark, bumpy, and delicious), Sweet Peppers, Radish, Salad Mix, Tomatoes.
We look forward to starting the Fall season of our Farm Share with pick up next week!

These were all served at our CSA Farm Party yesterday, to rave reviews!
Radish Dip
Beet Hummus
Kale Apple Cake (don’t let the name fool you – this is crazy yummy)
Beet Chocolate Cake
Arugula Salad with Feta and Raisins (but organic red raisins were used instead of the golden it calls for)
Kale Salad with Raisins & Cheddar
Homemade Italian Dressing with Garlic added – Serve on our Salad mix
Tomato-Sweet Pepper Relish
Chinese Cabbage was the one item in this week’s share that was not featured at our Farm Party, but we most love it in a Cabbage Stir-Fry with your choice of protein, or Cole Slaw, either American or Asian
Available for Market Share CSA members to choose from this week:
Broccoli, Cabbage, Chard, Collards, Eggplant, Garlic, Kale, Lettuce, Okra, Peppers, Radish, Salad, Tomatoes, Turnips,…and our Organic, Naturally Leavened Bread.
2015 Market Share CSA Members: Reserve your selection online to pick up on Wednesday, September 30 at our farm, Good Health Herbs (New Location! Pick up hours are from 2:00 – 6:00), or in Church Hill.
(Please bear with us as we find the hours that work for pick-up at Good Health Herbs this fall…a changing farm business schedule requires tweaking this delivery.)
